Hypnotherapy and hypnosis

Hypnotherapy is a simple, down-to-earth, commonsense therapy that can enable you to progressively improve your habitual feelings and behaviours. It involves using a combination of techniques designed to minimize distractions, enhance concentration, and strengthen responsiveness to suggestions, to do this.

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that allows your mind and body to relax enabling access to your subconscious mind which is more open to accepting positive life-changing suggestions.

The feeling of being in hypnosis isn’t actually ‘sleep’ – people are aware of everything that’s going on around them. It has been likened to the feeling of daydreaming when you are absorbed in your imagination though.
